Jingdezhen Dacizhuang Ceramics Co., Ltd was founded on August 15th, 2011. As a specialized manufacturer of Han White Ceramics, High White Ceramics and other high class ceramics for daily use, it is a star enterprise of Jingdezhen city and Jiangxi province. It was established on the basis of its former company named Russia Ceramics Co., Ltd, which was founded in 1998. The construction of its plant covers an area of 5.6ha, the initial investment for the instruction was nearly 200 million yuan. The new factory plant covers more than 30000 Square meter. The advanced machinery and equipment are imported from Germany, Japan, Italy and other countries. Among these, there are 2 tunnel kilns of 50 meters.1 roller decorating firing kiln, 4 fully automatic shuttle kilns of 12 cube, 2 shuttle kilns of 6cube, 6 electric kilns of 4cube.1 automatic drying chamber, 9 automatic molding production lines, 2 automatic glaze-spray lines, 6 automatic washing machines, 4 automatic glaze-spraying machines, 50 roller forming machines, etc. With strong technical force and complete production lines, the company is one of the top ceramic production enterprises, which owns the ability to develop clay and glaze by itself. The factory was built near the mountain and river. The environment is clean and beautiful. There are more than 100 employees, Every year, there are one thousand of new products coming out and the annual capacity of high-grade daily use ceramics is 20 million pcs. Dacizhuang has set up a R&D design center. There are 8 automatic CNC carved machines, which develops a thousand of new products every year. The designs are novel and unique, with different varieties, they have won praises from clients home and abroad. The main products of the company are Han White Ceramics, Han White Glazed Ceramics, Han White Decal Ceramics, High white Ceramics, Household Ceramics, Gift Ceramics and Star Hotel Ceramics, with nearly 20 series of over 1000 designs and colors. Han White Ceramic: it not only shares the same root with traditional ceramics, but also has its own characters. It is ""as white as jade, as thin as paper, shining as a mirror, sound like chime"". Its glaze is mellow and full, its body clear and bright. With a gentle knock on its body, you can hear the lingering sounds of nature, and it lasts very long. The whole production process is in strict accordance with ISO9001:2008 quality management system requirements, and all the products of the company meet FDA standards. Employees are trained according to ""work instruction"".On-site management passes the TWI, MTP training, which are strictly in accordance with the "program file management work".The raw material contains 50 of animal bone charcoal. Every product must go through 2 times of firing process. The clay body are put into individual sagger to be heated by high tempreture. After the biscuit firing, the products are screened, grinded, polished, baked, blown and glazed. Then they are ready for the glost firing. In order to build a modern enterprise, we are actively improving the production management, carrying out brand strategy and enhancing the protection of intellectual property rights. In July 2015, we`ve acquired the certification of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System.We have also declared our products with the FDA ""Imports daily-use ceramics factory certification"" (Our products have already passed the preliminary examination by Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in Jiangxi province).The two series of high-grade daily-use ceramics ""Elise"" and ""Sakura"" have been declared with the design patent.We are declaring several other invention patents.In 2015, ""Elise"", ""Sakura"" and ""Beauty"" have all passed the first round of the Second Session of Chinese Contemporary Ceramic Tableware Design Contest. ""Elise"" has won the highest award of silver medal in this contest. (There was no gold winner). We had a great success in the spring Canton Fair of 2015. Purchasers from Russia, the United States, Turkey, Egypt and other countries and regions flowed into our booth, some looked for the samples, some sent us inquiries, some negotiated with us to seek cooperation.
